You're looking at an arm that's been cut In the midbrachium or the mid upper arm And then you're looking at that Palmer Side or the anterior side of the forearm Now I want to show you the deepest Muscle in the wrist in order to do that I'm going to reflect a few of these Muscles back And what you can see as we go deeper Down that there are even more muscles as Well as nerves and blood vessels but if I scoot those to the side We can see a muscle deep down in here Right there Called pronator quadratus it's called That because it's a four-sided muscle And it does this action Right when you rotate from the Palm up Over called pronation so it's a pretty Good name to call this pronator Quadratus
